I get contacted a lot because of users requesting permission to use my information and pictures. And I give the same answer every time: 'You do not need to ask for permission!' Today I received my 50th e-mail regarding permissions!
So you can use any of the information, pictures, or phrasing in your blog/website without asking me, or writing where you got the information from. I really do not care. The best thing you can for me is view the blog.
