Animal Jam - (Updates) - The Otter Is Here!

     The otter is finally here! Many Jammers have wanted it so badly, but to many Jammers' dismay, it costs 10 diamonds. Personally, I don't mind, but that's just because I have an excessive amount of diamonds (I never use them). I understand that people are pissed off, thinking that the Diamond Shop is a way to suck money from people (I agree). Unfortunately, this animal is NOT available for non-members.

Animal Jam - Den Item Set Winner!

     The Den Item Set has a winner: Ice Cream Parlor! You can purchase this set at Jam Mart, but there are only 3 non-member items! Wow, Animal Jam sure is being unfair! But there are only 7 items in total (I honestly thought there were going to be 10 items). So I guess you can enjoy this new set, and good thing it wasn't in the Diamond Shop!

Animal Jam - (Parties) - BETA Party

     Yes, it's the newest party: The BETA Party! And Jammers far and wide are going to the BETA Party, and for what? For BETAs, of course! Well, I hate to break it to you, but there are no BETAs at the party. None. Zip. Nada. Nothing. What's cool about this party is that you can relive the BETA days. The BETA Party's party room is the BETA den. The BETA den was quite big with 3 floors and an outside. Now, non-members only get the super tiny den, which is kinda sad considering that it was better in the BETA days. Anyways, I'll just go straight ahead and tell you what you can buy in the shop:

Now, these items are even BETA! Animal Jam just made a new item and put BETA in front of the name. Kinda cheap, if you ask me. So don't go shopping in this place for BETAs. 

Some Updates

      Today, there was a pretty big update. A new animal is about to come out, and many people (I too) think it's an otter, according to the clues. Plus, Animal Jam made a new party called the BETA Party. But don't get too excited, it doesn't sell ANY BETAs, so going to the party to shop for them is pointless, and will lead to a big disappointment. Animal Jam also wants you to VOTE for your favourite furniture set (which is totally copying Webkinz. Ahem, copyright alert!). You can pick from 3 sets.

     I honestly think the Ice Cream Parlor was is going to win. The Hair Salon is the least likely to win because it doesn't suit a lot of people. The Egyptian Treasure is okay, but I only want the golden chest from it. The furniture set with the most votes gets to be in a certain shop (probably Jam Mart Furniture)! Oh, and, I wonder who are the Jammers taking the snapshots. Are they working for AJHQ? Maybe they're special selected people who can see them early? That question might remain a mystery forever.

     And, apparently, someone won the Accessory Contest with a Ribbon Scarf. To be honest, it isn't all that great. People could've done a lot better. I didn't know about the contest, so I didn't join. I bought a red one just to see how it looks on my animals. To me, it looks alright on the fox and the cheetah.

     There are some ongoing glitches in Animal Jam, like if you trade something and the other player accepts, somehow the item you traded is still in your inventory. Refresh or wait and your item will eventually disappear. 

Comment Section Isn't Working

     The Trading/Bidding Central's comment section isn't working for some reason. This is not new news, it has happened for a long time. I tried to address the situation to Google+, but I truly doubt there's anything they could do about it. I'm guessing that maybe there are too many comments on that post, and they don't want to buy gigabytes to store more. Hopefully, it'll work soon. For now, you may have to reply to comments to request a trade. CanadaBeatUSA2010 and phoenix0897 have tried to fix it, but it's not working. Sorry for the inconvenience.
