Animal Jam - (Rares) - Sewing Machine

The Sewing Machine is an uncommon BETA and is mainly seen in Aldan. It is a member item. The Sewing Machine is a white machine with red string on it. It is worth:

Open Sign (you may have to add)
Brick Walls
Pot O' Gems
Rose Bush (a little more)
Moon Dirt
Tan Carpet (non-member)
2 RC Cars
2-3 BETA Robots
Mira Statue (a little more)

Short Spike Collar

Animal Jam - Overtraders!

Ack! Overtraders are really annoying players of Animal Jam, and there are a lot! Overtraders are a group of people who make you overtrade for something not as rare. For example:

Snowflake Arcticjammer: "Yellow Sweets for Mira Statue?"

Little Majormajor: "Add First Birthday Cake and Firepit, it's fair."

Snowflake Arcticjammer: "No, it's not!" (She gets really annoyed because Little Majormajor was telling her to overtrade.)

This causes a ton of problems. First, Jammers get mad at each other. Second of all, Jammers are basically scamming. Thirdly, the Jammers are not honest with their items.

If you are an overtrader, please don't overtrade. I've encountered thousands while trading in Jamaa; it really makes Animal Jam an unfair and annoying game. Thank you.

Rares Define A Jammer...

In Nov. 2012, something happened that would affect the Animal Jam community for a long time. It was the beginning of rares starting to really matter, and when huge scams began. Before that time, though, Jammers hardly scammed, and if they did, they would scam some less valuable items. There were also very few scamming tactics that could easily be avoided. But now, a countless amount of people are caught scamming/hacking for rares. Why? Because rares define a Jammer. Having rares gains you more popularity, more power of control, more fans, more gifts, more friend requests, etc. Now you see people in Aldan, trying to force Jammers to overtrade for something stupid, spamming trades, spamming Jam-a-Grams about deals for rares, and so many more annoying things.

Now, I don't want to go blaming people for this type of thing, but there is one person who started it all: Julian2. Julian2 is a popular figure in Jamaa, and he gets so many lovers (and haters too), so many people in his den, so many chanters, just because of something that is popular today: Mailtime. You see, many Jammers get jealous of Mailtime. Getting free gifts, even a Rare Item Monday is very rare for any typical Jammer. Many people do not realize that this is all propaganda.

So these people are getting absolutely adored; but every gift comes with a price. "What is the price?", you may ask. The price is that these Jammers stress over rares. They have so much pressure, just trying to sit in Jamaa for 10 hours straight trying to get that rare spike or whatever. Whenever something comes back (like Top Hats, Elf Tail Armour, or Rare Fox Hats), they make a video about how bad Animal Jam is. Sure, Animal Jam may have countless flaws, but Animal Jam thinks its Jammers don't care for rares. They say: "Animal Jam doesn't know how many people this affects!", it does affect a ton of rare people; but remember, it's the price you pay for getting all those fans, friend requests, gifts, chants, and other amazing things that millions of other people would love.

If you were a new Jammer, new to Animal Jam, you wouldn't know that Animal Jam is about rares (unless someone told you), so you would enjoy the game just as it is. Now, if rares are part of your game, then maybe Animal Jam is not the perfect game for you. Why would you want to stress over a game? It's a game, it's not going to affect who you are, what you do, or who you become. You're gaining nothing when you play Animal Jam, but wasting time worry and under pressure. Is that what you want? If it is, then go ahead, and do it. Animal Jam doesn't give you money if you play their game; in fact, they want you to spend money. You gain nothing precious, only pixels.

We must raise awareness that rares are not what defines a Jammer. Start signing the petition, people!

P.S.
Start by copy and pasting these words onto your blog/site! Copy the picture too; we must end this.

Animal Jam - (Rares) - BETA Green Tiara

The BETA Tiara is a tiara, and is normally confused with the in-store green tiara. But the only difference is that the store Tiara has a red gem at the top, and the BETA Tiara has a blue/purple gem. This tiara is not worth a whole lot, but it is worth something. This is a very unwanted item, probably because no Jammer cares much for tiaras. The item can also be used by non-members. It is worth:

Small Table
Non-member sword (before it came back in Adventures)
Porch Swing
Old Blanket
BETA Robot
Yellow Sweets (you may have to add)
Mira Statue (you may have to add)
Zios Sculpture
Wood Floor (maybe a little more)

Animal Jam - (Rares) - Blue Vines

Blue Vines is a BETA member flooring that has blue vines as its appearance. It is an uncommonly seem BETA. It is worth:

Flower Carpet
BETA Robot
Mira Statue
Rare Cloud
Zios Sculpture
Rare Short/Long Spike Wristband (might be worth a Rare Collar)
Porch Swing
Bubblegum Machine
Small Table
Wood Floor
River Race
RC Car
BETA Tiara
Old Blanket (a little less)

Animal Jam - (Rares) - Open Sign

Open Sign is a super rare BETA. This BETA is an animated item and when you click on it, it turns into a closed sign. The Open Sign has a palm tree right next to it, which seems a bit odd. Maybe this sign was made for beaches? Anyways, this super rare item is worth:

Short/Long Spike Collar (most likely a long, but certain colours)
Pot O' Gems
Moon Dirt
Spaceship Walls
Rose Bush
Tan Carpet (non-member)
2 Mira Statues
2 Yellow Sweets
2 Zios Sculpture
Mechanical Angel Helmet (certain colours)
Gazelle Horns (certain colours)
